Karl Pohler Chief Executive Officer IFCO SYSTEMS N.V.

O Karl Pohler διετέλεσε Διευθυντής Α΄ της εταιρείας από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2000. Στις 29 Αυγούστου 2005 ορίστηκε Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος (Chief Executive Officer) του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου μέχρι 25 Μαΐου 2011. Σε σχέση με την εισαγωγή της μονοβάθμιας δομής του Board, ο κ. Pohler διορίσθηκε ως Executive Member και Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος (Chief Executive Officer) του Board of Directors από τις 26 Μαΐου 2011. Ο κ. Pohler, πριν από την είσοδό του στην εταιρεία IFCO, ήταν Πρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της εταιρείας Computer 2000 Α.Ε., με έδρα το Μόναχο, και συγχρόνως Πρόεδρος Ευρώπης για την εταιρεία Computer 2000 / Tech Data Corp. Από το 1997 μέχρι το 1999 διετέλεσε Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος (Chief Executive Officer) της εταιρείας Sony Deutschland Ε.Π.Ε., με έδρα την Κολωνία. Από το 1993 μέχρι το 1996 ο κ. Pohler ήταν Γενικός Διευθυντής της εταιρείας Computer 2000 Deutschland Ε.Π.Ε., με έδρα το Μόναχο. Από το 1980 μέχρι το 1992 απασχολήθηκε σε διάφορες διευθυντικές θέσεις για την εταιρεία Digital Equipment E.Π.Ε., με έδρα το Μόναχο.
